Original oil painting. This painting began life as a silk on canvas abstract. When I stripped the silk off the canvas, a wonderful light and shadow effect resulted. After enjoying this for awhile I began painting with a range of oil colors in various shapes, directions and hues. The painting is inspired by my love of texture, colors, and images hidden within the abstract. The female face is in upper center with flowing green hair on each side of her head. The body is in center to lower edge of canvas.
