SILK ON CANVAS; Gesso is applied to silk/canvas after attaching silk to back of stretcher bars with extra silk available for shaping. Once the gesso is dry, I utilize oil paints to create the "Swirling Water" effect. This painting is part of a commission work including one 16" x 20" and three 8" x 10" works. The paintings are framed with floater frames.
